Deleting your Orbis account and data

This page explains how to delete your Orbis account and the personal data associated with it. Orbis is developed by Ruminski Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems, subject to the limited legal exceptions described below.
1Delete From Within the App
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the Orbis app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm when prompted. This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it.
2If You've Uninstalled the App
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, email us at support@learnorbis.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3What Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your account and sign-in identity (Google, Apple, or email).
- Your cloud profile.
- Your learning progress.
- Your cloud backup.
- Your bookmarks, streaks, and quiz results.
- Any feedback or reports you submitted through the app.
4What Is Kept
For legal reasons, a limited amount of data is retained even after your account is deleted:
- Transaction and subscription records, which we are required to keep for up to 7 years under Estonian accounting law.
- Anonymized analytics that are no longer linked to you or your account.
