1How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by the app store you signed up through, so you can change or cancel anytime from your store account:

  • iOS: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Orbis.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Orbis.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

2How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Orbis app and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple or Google account you used when you subscribed.

3How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by the app stores:

  • iOS: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Android: request it through Google Play.

4How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account from inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. If you've uninstalled Orbis or can't sign in, email us at support@learnorbis.com and we'll take care of it. See our account deletion guide for full details on what is removed.

5I found an error in a lesson, or have feedback

We'd genuinely love to hear it — accuracy matters to us. Email support@learnorbis.com with the lesson name and what you spotted, and we'll look into it.
