About this quiz
Between 1948 and 1973, Israel and its Arab neighbors fought four major wars that redrew the map of the Middle East. The quiz covers the 1948 war and the armistice lines that followed it, the Six-Day War of 1967 and the crisis that led to it, the diplomacy after 1967 and the 1973 war. It asks about the events, the mechanisms and the people on all sides.
The questions are written to be fair to readers on any side of this history. Where the two sides use different names for the same event, both names appear.
